Q How far in advance should I book a limo?
A Since our limo fleet is very high in demand because of its uniqueness and rareness in the Southern California area, we recommend a minimum 9 month in advance notice and reservation.
Q What do I need to do to reserve a limo?
A After confirming the rates and the availability of the limousine with one of our agents, you can either 1), fill out the form available on the reservation page and email/ fax it to us signed and dated, or 2), simply provide your information by phone to our agent and confirm the reservation by signing and faxing it back to our dispatch office.
Q Are these real limos?
A Yes, all of the limousines in our fleet are authentic originals direct from the manufacturers.
Q Over what area does your limousine service extend?
A We service Southern California in general, including Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Orange County and San Diego County.
Q Do you service Northern California?
A Yes, we offer services in Northern California on occasion; the rates and travel time fee may vary, depending on the length of time it takes to reach the destination of the event.
Q What kind of payment method do you accept for the deposit?
A We accept all kinds of payment methods for deposit: personal check, cash, credit card, or cashiers check.
Q What is the deposit amount?
A The amount of the deposit varies anywhere from 35 to 50%, depending on the reservation time period.
Q How do I pay the amount due?
A The amount due should be cleared 2 days before the pick up by credit card provided with the reservation or you can pay the driver in cash.
Q How old must I be to book a limo?
A If you are 25 or older, you can reserve the limousine yourself; if you are under 25, you need to have a parent or guardian book the limo for you.
Q What if one of the members of my party damages the interior or the exterior of the limo?
A You are responsible for any damage done to the vehicle. You will be provided with a quote from the body or upholstery shop and be charged on the credit card used to make the reservation.
Q Do you provide alcohol for all occasions?
A No, alcohol is only provided for clients over 21; for school dances, prom nights, or any event for those under 21, the bar doesn’t include alcohol, only soft drinks, ice and bottled water.
Q What kind of drinks do you offer in the bar inside the limo?
A We provide Vodka, Whiskey, Champagne, Wine and soft drinks, as well as a supply of ice and bottled water.
Q What time does the limo service start counting down?
A The countdown starts from the time the limo picks up the client, until the time it drops him/her off, which is the time recorded on the reservation form.
Q What if we exceed the time period that we originally booked the limo for?
A The client will be charged based on the hourly rate of the vehicle per hour.
Q Can we take the limo we rented in Los Angels to Las Vegas or Palm Springs or other such places?
A No, travel to Las Vegas or Palm Springs or other tourist destinations have different rates/ prices.
